This character appeared in a couple of PlayKids I Love To Learn songs. And he consists of a dark yellow tank top/sleeveless shirt/sleeveless undershirt/singlet/vest/undershirt/A-shirt/tank shirt with yellow diamonds/rhombi to it and green shorts. However, his alter ego clone that appeared in I Want To Be Like Me and Go For The Gold was not in a wheelchair like him or handicapped. He even wore a blue tank top/sleeveless shirt with blue diamonds/rhombi to it.
